Stacy Kratochvil

My name is Stacy Kratochvil and I’ve been teaching for 11 years. I grew up in San Bruno, graduated from Capuchino and went on to Skyline College and San Francisco State University. I earned my B.A. in Dance as well as my teaching credential in Physical Education. I also hold an M.A. in Education from Concordia University Irvine. In addition to teaching P.E., I have taught dance, drama and coached cheerleading for 15 years.

I love to learn and continue to do so whenever possible. My most recent learning experiences have been through learning to sew, crochet and be super crafty. I started an Etsy shop and enjoy making cute things! I love music, Netflix, dancing, spending time with friends and family and sharing inspirational quotes and memes on my Instagram @capphysed. I also love to eat (but not to cook), shop (especially for others) and sleep. Those nights of sweet dreams are numbered, though. My husband and I are welcoming our first child into the world in January 2018. It’s a girl!

We still live in San Bruno and LOVE this community. I am so fortunate to get to grow with my students. Teenagers are some of my favorite human beings. I am blessed to be teaching P.E. and helping young people grow up into adults who are healthy, mindful, educated, kind and confident. Thank you for being a part of my Mustang Family and working together to reach some very important goals this year!
