CHS Summer Office Hours, Permit, and Transcript Information  

 
 

Summer School hours, Monday - Thursday, 10am-2pm.  

  1. Work permits, please complete all areas of the form and bring them to the office during business hours. 
  2.  Transcripts: complete online form, $5 cash only, allow 24-48 hours.
