Hello Mustang Families,
My name is Mauricio D. Rodriguez, I am an assistant principal at Capuchino High School. I’ve worked at Capuchino for over a decade now and have had the privilege of serving the Mustang community as a Counselor, Dean of Students, and now as an Assistant Principal.
My WHY I do this work as an educator has always been grounded in a deep commitment to helping students reach both their personal and academic goals. I believe every student has unique strengths, dreams, and challenges, and it’s my responsibility to ensure they receive from CHS the guidance, resources, and encouragement to succeed.
In my role as Assistant Principal, I strive to build strong connections with students, families, and staff, fostering a school culture where every learner feels supported, valued, and empowered. My goal is to prepare students not only for academic achievement but also for life beyond high school, equipping them with the confidence, resilience, and skills to pursue their future goals.
