Murphy - Putnam Automotive Academy has developed a six-month program.  The program supports skill development and furthering education through the automotive program at Skyline. The six-month paid internship will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 - 6 

Are you interested in becoming a teacher? BGCP is offering a hands-on and meaningful experience for rising 9th - 12th grade high school students. You will gain youth development skills and play an active role in closing the opportunity gap in low-income areas. Interns will work collaboratively with the BGCP staff to implement a summer academic and enrichment program for elementary age youth.

Stanford Institutes of Medicine Research (SIMR) Bioengineering (BioE) Internship is an intensive
interactive eight-week outreach program designed to expose high school students from diverse backgrounds and to provide students with hands-on engineering experience in the process of Biodesign.

Through KP LAUNCH, Kaiser Permanente offers unique and dynamic health care internship programs that provide interns with practical job skills and experiences in a supportive environment.  Their goal is to bring students coming from underserved communities and backgrounds underrepresented in health care careers into the KP LAUNCH program for exposure to various business and healthcare careers. EEI Student Internship Position

Interested in the Dental Industry? Apply to be an intern at a local dental office for the month of May. This program is set up for after school, year long,  2-3 hours a day.

San Mateo OCA Internship
This internship is open to current freshmen and sophomores, it runs from July through August.
Gain great exposure to internal workings of a non-profit organization dedicated to the social, political, and economic well-being of Asian Pacific Americans (APAs). Learn from and network with successful leaders of the community.

Expectations are as follows: Attend intern meetings.  4-6 hours of off-site work per month.  Provide support at events - social, social justice, and community. Support board members on various duties related to the organization’s mission. Assist with the Annual APA Awards and Gala.

LINC is a park-based summer internship program for current high school students who are open to new experiences, 
are eager to learn new skills, and enjoy working outside. During the six-week-long program, students assist with service projects, gain career and leadership skills, and take field trips to special park sites such as Alcatraz and Muir Woods.

WHAT IS PROJECT PULL?

 

Project Pull is a paid summer internship program that is sponsored by the City and County of SF through the SF Public Utilities Commission.  Project Pull provides professional mentorship to highly motivated, promising high school students from the diverse communities.  During the eight-week program, our interns get a chance to explore careers in architecture, business, engineering and science.
