• Have you read a book you loved and want to tell others about it? Maybe you read something that wasn't so hot and would like to warn people. Whatever the case, you are in the right place!

            1.Remember that a book review is a brief essay expressing your personal opinion about a
               books value.
            2. Make your review informative and enjoyable to read.
            3. The review might highlight key parts of the book without giving it away.
            4. It should provide thoughtful explanations and reflections to support your main points.
            5. It helps a reader decide whether they should choose a book or not.

    How To Submit
             You have a couple options in submiting your review:
            1. Type your reveiw in Microsoft Word, spell check and save it to your desktop using 
                    the title of the book as the name of the file.
            2. Give your book review a title that relates to your writing.
            3. At the end of your review, write "Reviewed by:" and include your first name and last
                initial only.
            4. Mail your review as an email attachment to this address abender@smuhsd.k12.ca.us
                or
            5. Save your  review on a floppy disk and deliver the file in person to Mrs. Bender in
                the Library.
