- Solid foundation for academic learning: strong reader and writer, good study and time management skills and organization skills
- A capable learner, good thinker, open-minded
- An adequate problem solver: self-manager, communicator, able and willing to ask for help
- Dependable, reliable, responsible
- A self-starter, motivated, creative
- Open to interaction with other in team settings, group meetings, and community service
- Growing in maturity, willing to learn from temporary setbacks and to listen to advice
- A personal interest in the IB Program itself and an identifiable focus for the student’s IB pathway
