The Capuchino High School GATE program offers qualified GATE students enrichment opportunities that include, but are not limited to educational fieldtrips, seminars, workshops, and events as well as Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate course options.  At the beginning of each spring semester the identification process begins to identify all students who meet the criteria of gifted and talented as outlined by the state of California.  GATE offerings are sponsored by the San Mateo Union High School District and the GATE Parent Group.  If you are a GATE Parent, please visit gateparents.com.  Students and parents can also visit chs.schoolloop.com and click on the GATE News tab to learn about current offerings for GATE students at Capuchino and within the district.
